This post is to spread the word that there are several unpaid invoices from the Spring 2021 season. If you recall we set up a field pass for each player of $30. This was made in case the season would be cancelled by little league from COVID restrictions. As you can see the post below from February 5, 2021 shows the additional fees that would be required if spring season were to go ahead.
We tried emailing second invoices to all those that signed up initially with a field pass. We currently have over 180 unpaid invoices due to people not providing correct email addresses or not realizing that a second payment was due.
Our board will be contacting and resending these second payment invoices in the hopes that the league can recoup the costs it laid out for the successful Spring 2021 season.
Please be on the lookout for these invoices and within the invoice is a link to a payment portal that you should be able to complete on your phone or PC.
Alternatively you can send in a check with a printout of your invoice so we can credit your account, or hand in to a board member during fall 2021.
